El viernes 06 de septiembre llevamos a cabo la primera charla del Ciclo “Hablemos de Cuidado Integral”. En esta ocasión, contamos con la colaboración de la Médica Julieta Franzoy, quien disertó sobre cesación tabáquica. El evento reunió a 17 participantes, quienes recibieron valiosas herramientas para enfrentar el desafío de dejar el cigarrillo de manera definitiva.
Durante la jornada, la especialista brindó asesoramiento sobre técnicas para manejar la ansiedad, evitar recaídas y crear hábitos más saludables. Además, se destacaron los beneficios inmediatos y a largo plazo que conlleva dejar de fumar, no solo para la salud física, sino también para el bienestar emocional.
“Dejar de fumar no es fácil, pero con el acompañamiento adecuado y las estrategias correctas, es un objetivo completamente alcanzable” subrayó Franzoy.
